For All Sessions
If you’ve been exposed or are ill:
- If you notify us at least 24 hours before your session that you’ve been exposed to COVID19 (or have a fever upon arrival), we will gladly transfer the amount you paid towards another session of the same kind. For example, limited edition : miniature to miniature or full to full sessions, and so on.Â
If you’ve been exposed:
We will reschedule all current sessions and adjust our calendar dates to reflect new dates available after you have quarantined at least 14 days from the date symptoms resolved.
If a member of the studio team has been exposed:Â You will be notified via email and/or social media. A rescheduling link will be sent to you via email to choose your new session date. We will close the in-home studio down for a minimum from the date of symptom resolution. During this time, all Reveal and Ordering Sessions will be virtual, and you may experience a delay in receiving your physical artwork.
On-location/Outdoor Sessions:
6+ feet social distancing will be required. We will use a variety of lenses and our skills to ensure we get a number of shots (pullback, full body, 3/4, headshot, fun, etc.).
Guests
- Only one parent who is not being photographed, should be at the session.
- All guests (parent) not being photographed at the time will be required to wear a mask during the session and so will the photographer. If you do not have or wish to wear one, please wait outside in your vehicle.
What we’re doing to stop the spread:
